Sharing reports

Share links give someone a read-only view of a site's full dashboard — no account required.

Shareable reports are available on the Agency and Enterprise plans.

Creating a share link

Go to Settings → Sharing and choose New link. You can:

• Add a label to remember who it's for.
• Set a password so only people with it can view the report.
• White-label the report (Agency and up) so it shows your own branding instead of Ometra's.

Copy the generated link and send it to your client. They'll see the same dashboard you do — traffic, sources, pages, locations, devices, goals, and heatmaps — but read-only.

Managing links

Each link can be copied or revoked at any time from the same panel. Revoking a link takes effect immediately.

Who can manage sharing

Account owners and admins can create and revoke share links.
