- A pageview or a custom event (like a signup or purchase). Automatic scroll-depth pings don't count toward your limit.
- What happens if I go over my limit?
- By default, collection pauses until your cycle resets and we'll email you before you get there. On paid plans you can opt into metered overage instead, billed per extra event on your next invoice.
- Do I need a cookie consent banner?
- In most cases, no. Ometra doesn't use cookies or store personal data, so there's typically nothing to consent to. Always confirm with your own legal advisor.
- Where is my data stored?
- On Canadian infrastructure. Your analytics aren't shipped off to US ad networks.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can downgrade or cancel whenever you like — your existing data stays put.
