Plans & billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Basic plan is free for small sites — it's not a trial, and no credit card is required. It includes the full analytics dashboard; heatmaps, email reports, and agency features start on paid plans.
Which plan includes heatmaps?
Heatmaps start on the Individual plan. Deploy and Webflow publish markers, shareable white-label client reports, and team roles are on the Agency plan.
What counts as an event?
A pageview or a custom event (like a signup or purchase). Automatic scroll-depth pings don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I go over my limit?
By default, collection pauses until your cycle resets and we'll email you before you get there. On paid plans you can opt into metered overage instead, billed per extra event on your next invoice.
Do I need a cookie consent banner?
In most cases, no. Ometra doesn't use cookies or store personal data, so there's typically nothing to consent to. Always confirm with your own legal advisor.
Where is my data stored?
On Canadian infrastructure. Your analytics are never sold or handed to ad networks.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can downgrade or cancel whenever you like. Your data stays available within your new plan's retention window.
What currency are prices in, and do they include tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout by our merchant of record, Stripe.
