Analytics for Webflow

Webflow analytics that know when you published

Cookieless traffic, goals, and heatmaps for your Webflow sites — and a marker on the chart every time you hit Publish, so you can see what each change actually did.

Webflow makes shipping changes easy: tweak a hero, restructure a pricing section, hit Publish. What's hard is knowing whether the change helped. Most analytics tools show you a line going up or down with no idea what happened on your site that day.

Ometra connects the two. It listens for Webflow's publish event and pins every publish to your traffic chart, next to your visitors, sources, goals, and form submissions. When a number moves, the change that probably caused it is right there.

Everything a Webflow site needs from analytics

Every publish, pinned to your chart

Connect your Webflow site once and each time you hit Publish, a marker lands on your traffic chart. When conversions dip on Tuesday, you can see it was Tuesday's publish. (Agency plan.)

Cookieless, so usually no banner

No cookies and no personal data, so most Webflow sites can run Ometra without a consent banner — and without losing the visitors who'd click 'decline'.

Heatmaps for your key pages

Click and scroll maps for your most-visited pages, split by desktop and mobile, so you can see whether that new hero section actually gets clicked.

Goals, forms, and revenue

Webflow form submissions, outbound clicks, and file downloads are tracked automatically. Add goals and revenue for the actions that matter.

AI insights and anomaly alerts

Ometra watches traffic, goals, and sources and tells you in plain English when something changes — instead of you spotting it a week later.

Built for Webflow agencies

Run every client site from one account, Webflow or not, and send white-label client reports under your own brand. (Agency plan.)

Add Ometra to Webflow in three steps

  1. Step 1:

    Add the script

In Webflow, open Site settings → Custom code and paste your Ometra snippet into the Head code field. Save, then publish your site.

  2. Step 2:

    Watch the numbers arrive

Visits show up in your Ometra dashboard in real time — every static page and CMS collection page, by its URL.

  3. Step 3:

    Connect Webflow for publish markers

Generate a site API token in Webflow (Site settings → Apps & integrations), paste it into Ometra under Settings → Deploys, and every publish is pinned automatically. Nothing else is added to your site's code.

Full instructions are in the installation guide and the deploy tracking docs.

Ometra or Webflow Analyze?

Webflow Analyze is Webflow's own analytics, sold as a paid add-on per site. It lives inside Webflow, needs no script, and covers traffic, click and scroll maps, and goals. If you run one Webflow site and want everything in the Designer, it's a sensible choice.

Ometra is the better fit when your work spans more than one platform or more than one client. It runs on any website, so Webflow and non-Webflow sites sit in one dashboard; it pins publishes and code deploys alike, with anomaly alerts and AI insights on top; and agencies can send white-label reports under their own brand. Your data is hosted in Canada, not on the platform you build with.

FAQ

Webflow analytics

How do I add analytics to a Webflow site?

Paste a tracking script into Site settings → Custom code → Head code and publish. With Ometra it's one script under 3 KB, with no cookies to configure and usually no consent banner to add.

Does Webflow have built-in analytics?

Yes — Webflow Analyze is Webflow's native analytics, sold as a paid add-on per site. It's a good fit if you want everything inside Webflow. Ometra is an alternative (or companion) if you also manage non-Webflow sites, want publish markers next to your traffic, or need white-label client reports.

Can I see which Webflow publish changed my traffic?

Yes. Once you connect your Webflow site with an API token, Ometra registers a publish webhook and drops a marker on your traffic chart for every publish, so you can line changes up with results. Publish markers are on the Agency plan.

Do I need a cookie banner for analytics on Webflow?

Not for Ometra in most cases: it uses no cookies and stores no personal data. Other scripts on your site (ads, chat, embeds) may still need consent — always confirm with your own legal advisor.

Does Ometra track Webflow form submissions?

Yes. Form submissions, outbound link clicks, and file downloads are captured automatically, with no extra setup in the Designer.

Does Ometra work with Webflow CMS pages?

Yes. Every page is tracked by its URL, including CMS collection pages, so blog posts and other collection items show up in your top pages.

Can I run Ometra alongside Google Analytics or Webflow Analyze?

Yes. The scripts are independent, so you can run them in parallel while you compare, then keep whichever you prefer.

Publish with confidence. See what every change did.

Add one small script and get a dashboard you'll actually enjoy checking — without cookies, banners, or a data-privacy headache.

Heatmaps start on the Individual plan; Webflow publish markers and white-label reports are on the Agency plan. See pricing.
