Ometra for agencies

Privacy-first analytics your clients can actually read

Run every client site from one workspace, send white-label reports under your brand, and show clients exactly what your work changed — without a cookie banner on every build.

Built for the way agencies report

Most agencies end up with a pile of Google Analytics properties, a consent banner on every site, and monthly reports assembled by hand from screenshots. Clients can't read GA4, so they ask you — and the time it takes rarely makes it onto an invoice.

Ometra gives every client a dashboard they understand at a glance, under your brand. And because releases and Webflow publishes appear right on the chart, the conversation shifts from “are we sure the redesign helped?” to “here's what changed after launch.”

Everything an agency needs

All your clients, one workspace

Up to 50 sites on the Agency plan, whatever they're built on — Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, or custom.

White-label client reports

Send each client a read-only dashboard under your brand, optionally password-protected, and revoke it anytime. No client logins to manage.

Prove what your work changed

Deploy and Webflow publish markers put your releases on the client's traffic chart, so the impact of a redesign is visible, not argued.

One less cookie banner

Ometra is cookieless, so most client sites don't need a consent banner for analytics — fewer moving parts on every build.

Insights you can forward

Anomaly alerts and plain-English summaries tell you when a client's numbers move — often before the client notices.

Heatmaps for design reviews

Click and scroll maps on each client's key pages, split by desktop and mobile — evidence for the next round of changes.

Team roles

Up to 10 team members with owner, admin, and member roles, so the right people can manage sites and share links.

An easy yes for procurement

No stored IPs or personal data, hosting in Canada, a published DPA, and a sub-processor list — answers ready when a client's privacy team asks.

Recommend Ometra, earn recurring commission

If your clients run their own Ometra accounts, our partner program pays you commission on the subscriptions you refer, under a partner agreement.

FAQ

Agency FAQ

Can I white-label Ometra reports for my clients?

Yes. On the Agency plan, share links can show your own branding instead of Ometra's. Clients get a read-only dashboard with traffic, sources, pages, locations, devices, goals, and heatmaps — no account needed — and you can add a password or revoke the link at any time.

How many client sites can I manage?

The Agency plan includes up to 50 sites, 10 team members, and 1,000,000 events a month across your workspace. Enterprise plans go beyond that.

Can I charge clients for analytics?

Yes. Our terms allow agencies to use Ometra for their own clients, and you set your own pricing for the reporting and insight you provide.

Do my clients' sites need a cookie banner for Ometra?

In most cases, no — Ometra sets no cookies and stores no personal data. Other tools on a client's site may still need consent, and each client should confirm their own obligations.

What's the difference between the Agency plan and the partner program?

The Agency plan is for agencies that run client analytics in their own Ometra workspace. The partner program is for anyone who refers customers to Ometra and earns commission on their subscriptions. Many agencies do both.

Give every client a dashboard they'll actually open.

Add one small script and get a dashboard you'll actually enjoy checking — without cookies, banners, or a data-privacy headache.

Agency plan: $149/month for up to 50 sites and 10 team members.
